  • All firearms are “Sold as Is” this specifically refers  to surplus  firearms. Please  have certified  gunsmith inspect them before firing. We are retailer not a gunsmith
  • We strive to keep our product  information as accurate as possible  however, errors may occur.

Payments

We accept Credit Card Payments via web-store (Visa and Master Card), If you would like to pay with EMT please send us products you would like along with your province for tax calculation and we will send you total and details for payment ASAP. Firearms Purchases and Transfers

Firearms  purchase requires the appropriate firearms license per Current Canadian  Regulations. We will require your PAL information in order to process these types of products.  Your PAL number, Date of Birth and email associated with your PAL is required for non-restricted Firearms Transfers . Please email it to info@corwin-arms.com . Restricted purchases require additionaly  the gun club or range name you are a member of and your city/town of birth.

We are only able to ship restricted firearms and non-restricted firearms to the address registered to your PAL (Possession Acquisition License)

For Antique Status Firearms we do require proof of age. Antique status Firearms will be marked accordingly on the website
Firearms are only sold to Canadian Customers, we do not Export

Shipping

We do ship most of our products internationally. Products that can not be shipped outside of Canada will be clearly marked in their description. Please check your local laws and regulations before ordering. We will not refund you if your order get sized or confiscated by your local customs/government officials.

All surplus items including surplus firearms are “SOLD AS IS” please make sure you will be satisfied with your purchase before ordering. All sales are Final. Please contact us at info@corwin-arms.com  before returning any  defective merchandise we will provide you with current return address or Canada Post Return Mail Label
